Development Consultancy – Appointed to conduct detailed primary market research and analysis targeting all real estate sectors enabled us to substantiate our optimal product mix recommendations and phasing strategy for the proposed mixed use master planned scheme.  Financial feasibility modelling then followed putting together revenue and cost statements to arrive at a project Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
