The following are a collection of case studies covering recent assignments which have been completed by members of our professional services team.


Real Estate Strategy – We were appointed to plan and develop the real estate strategy for the hosting of the tournament understanding the current supply and demand dynamics within the market and how these can be optimised for the benefit of the event and in line with the Qatar Vision 2030.  This includes research and recommendations for opportunities with the commercial, residential, leisure, education and hospitality sectors.



Strategic Advisory – Our ongoing roles extend to include providing strategic development advice for the project, undertaking global leasing once the scheme is nearing completion, carrying out commissioning of the property, offering facilities management services and also investment management recommendations.



Real Estate Advisory – In an advisory role we provided consultancy on community structure and analysis of community structure from an investment value perspective.  In addition, we reported on the structure of operational teams for facilities management as well as hard and soft Services.  A market valuation was also carried out for Initial Public Offering (IPO) purposes.


Real Estate Advisory – During an 18 month consultancy period we advised the client on design and specification of the residential component, space planning in order to maximise gross development value with optimum units mix and size ranges and, product offer with price schedules and phasing targeted towards a specific buyer group.  This service was offered for all of Dar Al Arkan’s projects nationwide.
