Savills provide commercial and residential property valuation advice in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to banks, property companies, developers, investors and fund managers. 

All of our reports are prepared to internationally accepted standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Valuation – The valuation was required in conjunction with secured lending and the leasehold value of the scheme was provided.  We undertook a residual development appraisal providing market value for the development located in Makkah.  The wider scheme includes seven towers comprising a total built area of circa 1.5-million square metres.

Valuation – In 2011 we valued the residential and commercial property portfolio across the Middle East and North Africa region for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.  Over a three month period our team visited 24 cities, in 17 countries inspecting 544 properties, collecting comparable evidence and preparing valuations together with updates of any AutoCAD drawings for buildings when required.
