Stephen is a chartered building surveyor and director/head of property & facilities management in Bahrain. Stephen has a vast knowledge in service charge budgeting, facilities management, lease management and construction.
Stephen has over 20 years experience in the property industry and has been head of property and facilities management in Bahrain since 2009 having worked on some of Bahrain’s iconic buildings.
During his time in the UK Steve has worked on some of the city of London’s most iconic commercial buildings and estate/public realm areas. He started off his career in managing refurbishment projects, contract administration and health & safety. From there he moved into the property & facilities management sector where he has been for over 17 years. His role in Bahrain is to build the business through business generation and ensure our high standards and ethics are continually maintained in order to build brand recognition.
Stephen can often be seen at the various real estate and business networking forums in Bahrain. He is also a RICS APC assessor for the Middle East region.
